In order to register for the 2024 season, all players must provide the following information via the required documentation listed below. This is a regulation of our governing body, Little League International, and players who are unable to provide the documentation below will, unfortunatley, not be eligible to play this season. For online registration, please upload the documentation when prompted, on the player information tab. This will need to be completed for each player. Required Documents
All new and returning players must have:
- An original state certified birth certificate
- Three (3) current proof of residency documents in the parent's name with a physical address dated
between February 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024.
*Must be 1 document from Each GROUP for a total of THREE (3) documents*
Example: Three documents from the same Group (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document
Group 1
- School Records — Report cards DO NOT have physical address
- Vehicle records (i.e. registration, lease, etc.)
GROUP 2
- Welfare/child care records
- Federal records (i.e. Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
- Local (municipal) records such as tax bills/statements
- Homeowner or tenant records
GROUP 3
- Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
- Internet, cable or satellite records
- Utility bills (gas, electricity, telephone, cell phone included)
*Please Note: Only ONE document from Group 3, Communications Records or Utility Bills may be accepted.
